Bespoke Lighting

The world famous Guinness Brewery at St James Gate Dublin was recently refurbished, using both bespoke lighting, LED streetlights and high performance Optra carpark luminaires. The internal of this large site was illuminated with 10 high efficiency Optra luminaires and 14 LED StreetLED luminaires, which provides lighting solutions for the roadways, parking areas and storage areas.

On the perimeter wall which runs alongside the Quays, some 31 bespoke lighting units were manufactured and installed. These consisted of special wall brackets to suit the various heights and features of the wall, together with a white disc on top, illuminated by a small floodlight underneath. This provides light indirectly, with the beam bouncing off the disc and projecting the light downwards.

This multi-functional floodlight is available in LED, MH (Metal Halide) and CFL (compact Fluorescent Light). Wattages range from 7w-47w LED, 35w & 70w Metal Halide and 26w CFL. Standard finish is RAL 9006 Grey, with other colour options available on request. This floodlight also comes in 3 sizes to suit a variety of lighting needs.

Optra luminaires come in both LED and Metal Halide, with a standard and mini version, and are suitable for more architectural carpark or large amenity area applications. They can be arm mounted or post-top mounted and either symmetric or asymmetric. StreetLED luminaires are available in 3 sizes, with wattages from 14w to 138w LED, and are used for functional roadway or carpark lighting applications.
