The worlds largest Bio-pharmaceutical Facility is at the Pfizer (Wyeth) site at Grangecastle, Dublin. The external car park lighting is substantial and uses the highly efficient Supralite Luminaires. Also supplied to this site were Street lighting Luminaires, decorative and functional Bollards, Warehouse lighting and Internal office lighting.
Specified by leading Engineering Consultants Jacobs, the Supralites have the economic advantage that only 4 are needed to illuminate an area of approx 100m by 100m. This provides a saving on Luminaires as well as on Poles, installation (Bases, trenching, etc) and every year on energy and maintenance. The small number of Luminaires needed also ensures that there is more spaces available for parking and the overall appearance is enhanced by a lack of column clutter.
