Distillery LED Lighting

Energy efficient, high performance LED lighting luminaires were recently installed at the new Tullamore D.E.W. Distillery in Co. Offaly. The Distillery has a history back to 1829 but the below new Distillery was built in 2014 on a green field site.  A total of 50 LED streetlights were used to provide road lighting, car park lighting, storage lighting, loading area lighting, etc.

LED lighting in car parks has the advantages of minimal uplight, low light spill, low maintenance, long life, energy efficiency and low glare. The Wattages supplied were 93w and 134w and were typically installed on 6m or 8m columns. Other lighting was also supplied for other areas of this Project.

This LED lighting Luminaire is also available in several other wattages between 14w and 138w. The Mounting bracket can be pole or wall mounted and tilted if required. This luminaire comes in 3 different sizes, depending on lighting requirements and preferences. Dimming and other control systems are offered as options. It is regularly used in modern, functional lighting schemes, such as car parks, roadways, etc.

Similar Distillery Projects supplied recently include the newly refurbished Guinness Brewing Facility at St James Gate, Dublin which were supplied with LED Streetlights, Optra car park lights, and special Floodlights with bespoke Reflectors. Some of the overseas Diageo Breweries have also been supplied, including the Ethiopian Production facility in Addis Ababa, where both lighting and Poles etc were shipped from Ireland.
