Hotel Car Park Lighting

The hotel car park lighting at the Carlton Hotel outside Kinsale is with Merrion Luminaires and Swan neck brackets.  Columns, brackets and Luminaires are all supplied in an architectural RAL finish to match the Building.

Specified by leading Engineers EDC, the Product was also used on the nearby Blarney Tower Hotel. Other Project types includes public Street lighting (eg.Tramore); corporate car park lighting (Citywest Campus); residential roadway lighting (Dunshaughlin, Dundrum Dublin); etc.

The efficient reflector system in this Luminaire results in a wide distribution of light, which ensures that the minimum number of Luminaires (and Poles and installation, trenching etc) is required.

The Merrion Luminaire is also available in mini-version. LED optics are offered with both sizes. This is especially useful if the car park lighting, or roadway lighting, is to be controlled by occupancy Sensors. We can also provide control systems so that Luminaires can be controlled remotely.   A recent Project with such a control system is at Durrow, a small town in Co Kilkenny. The lighting on this Project included these Merrion fittings as well as Heritage Lanterns, all with remote control facility.
