Exterior Apartment lighting

Exterior Apartment lighting was supplied at the Clancy Quay Dublin. This is a high end Architectural development along the River Liffey near Dublin City centre. The first phase consisted of 420 Apartments and 3,400 sqm of commercial space. The Project has been acclaimed in the Press as demonstrating the future of the private rental accomodation market.

The Exterior Apartment Lighting was specified by leading landscape Architects and included Optra post-top luminaires as shown.   These are high performance area luminaires with minimal glare and wide Pole spacings which minimise column clutter. Maintenance is minimal.  The LED version has life to 100,000 hours.

Optras are available in both LED or long life Metal Halide.  Other external lighting supplied included Street lighting to illuminate several roads to recommended lighting standards. These were decorative post-top luminaires. Illuminated ‘wand’ feature lighting was installed at the Entrance areas to provide a decorative effect. These consisted of 2m high Stainless Steel shafts with another 2m of illuminated frosted tube, providing 4m high ‘light stick’ luminaires. Groundlights were installed for highlighting of trees and other features. Some Groundlights were provided with coloured light. All Products are available with both LED or Metal Halide options.

All lighting Columns and Luminaires were supplied to a special RAL finish as specified. Different types of lighting columns were supplied including Constant Diameter Poles.
