High Bay Lighting

The high bay lighting supplied to this Louisiana Pacific facility near Waterford provides  light levels with maximum energy saving.   Being a very large  building, the high performance High Bay lighting also needs to be maintenance friendly and with robust and dust/dirt tight construction.  The High Bays in this case are die cast heavy duty IP65 construction with 6mm tempered glass lenses and a heavy duty lens frame for lamp access.

Typically mounted at 30m high and in 1000w version to minimise installation, maintenance, energy and relamping.  Options include litematic, emergency version, Teflon lens, remote ballast housing, bi-level dimming, and anti-vibration bracket.  They are also available in 250w to 1000w Metal Halide (MH) and 150w to 1000w High Pressure Sodium (HPS). These luminaires provide superior low glare lighting and due to their flexible design, have great application versatility.

This heavy duty luminaire is probably the most robust on the market and is ideally suited to tougher industrial environments or to higher mounting heights where standard High Bays may lack the punch to put the light on the ground where it is needed.  The luminaire is also popular in Aircraft Hangars and Power Stations.
