Large Area Car Park lighting

State of the Art External lighting has been installed at the Impressive new East Plaza Business Park outside Limerick City.  Thirty OptraLEDs were specified by leading Limerick Consulting Engineers Maloney Fox and installed by Pure Electrical Contractors in February 2017.

These sleek, low profile, low energy  luminaires are on 10m Columns and provide a high level of illumination without glare, uplight or light spill.  Because of the wide light distribution pattern, very few lights are needed to illuminate a large area.  This provides a Capital saving in Lights, Poles, underground wiring and trenching as well as on-going operational savings from less energy and less maintenance.  As well as the attractive appearance of the Luminaire, the fact that the Luminaires are widely spaced gives the large car parks a clean uncluttered look.  With less Poles, there is also more car parking spaces available.

This Luminaire is available in several versions – Tripod Version as shown below, Post-top Version or Twin Arm Version.  The Product is available in most RALs including RAL 9006 Grey or Black.

Manufactured in Ireland, the Product is designed for life to 100,000 hours to minimise maintenance.  Several optics are offered including Symmetric, Asymmetric or Street Optics. Both 3K and 4K optics are available as well as a range of dimming and control options, including CLO (Constant Light Output), DALI, Part-Night Dimming, etc.
