Residential Road lighting

Heritage Lighting Lanterns and lighting columns were supplied to this Residential Development lighting at Hainault Road in Foxrock. Although traditional in appearance, this lighting has been offered in LED version since 2018.  The photo also shows the architectural Avon 75 decorative bracket and 8m Heritage lighting Columns, all in Black finish.

The Heritage Luminaires are available in different sizes and have the option of Pendant mounting (as shown) or Post-top mounting.  With suitable brackets, twin head versions are also offered.

Installations with Post-top mounting include Dun Laoghaire Golf Club or Dunboyne Castle Hotel in Co Meath.  Typically, the post-top Version is used with lighting columns of 5m or 6m height.  The Pendant version is typically used with higher lighting columns.

The same luminaire was supplied to Kingsbridge Hospital Sligo with LED optics and in post-top version. This LED Heritage lighting system replaced a non-LED Heritage lighting  system which was costly to maintain and not as efficient.

Another similar Project was Kilkenny Riverbank, where copper finish Luminaires, pendant version, were supplied.  Both Luminaires are lighting columns can be supplied with different RAL finishes, although black is the most popular for this Product.  With LED optics, there is an option of keeping the acrylic lens (the 4 vertical windows in the Luminaire) or removing this to provide flat glass optics and minimal night time visability, ie. dark skies friendly etc.
