Crane Light LED (991)

LED Crane Light features high performance LED optics to provide high efficiency lighting. Suitable for industrial and marine installations including Crane lighting, Ship lighting, Harbours, etc. Narrow Beam optics are ideal for higher mounting heights 40m+.

Construction: Die-Cast Aluminium, IEC 60598-2-5 and IEC 60598-1. Silicone Gaskets. IP66 (IEC 60529). Driver is located in Vented Aluminium Housing, attached to the back of the Luminaire Housing, to allow easy access/ replacement of Driver.  Tilt in 10° Increments.

Lens: Toughened 4mm Glass Lens.

Installation: Via Heavy Duty Galvanised steel U Bracket supplied. Safety Cable optional.

Finish: RAL 9006 Grey as standard with Marine Protection. Other RALs on request.

LED: 140w to 540w. Philips or Osram Modules. 4K as standard. 3K or 5K on request. Lifetime (Osram): L90 B10 >100 000 hours.

Driver: IP67 accessible/removable in-situ. Inbuilt Surge Protection and against Voltage Peaks. EN 61547, IEC 62384 and EN 55015. Harmonic Distortion in compliance with IEC 61000-3-2. Lifetime 100,000 hour @ 25°C.

Mains Surge Protection: – 10 kV/kA SPD device included as standard. (Additional to Driver above).

Temperature: -40°C to +50°C.

Access: LED modules can be accessed by Lens/Frame removal for repairs/future upgrade. Driver is accessible in-situ by cover removal.

Energy Savings: Typically 60% savings on high performance Metal Halide fittings.
